The Help 2 Others (H2O) Foundation assists eligible water and sewer customers in the greater Birmingham area to maintain access to water by providing financial assistance to pay their water and sewer bills, or who would benefit from repairs made to leaky or faulty plumbing that will result in a lower water and sewer bill. The average financial support provided is $265 per household per occurrence.  In recent times, that average has increased to $425. Your individual or company donation will allow H2O to assist more households in our community.
